COMMITTEE OVERVIEW

The Officers Council Committee consists of elected Committee Chairs who collectively oversee the management of the Assembly as a Council.  The Council shall appoint a Presiding Officer, Secretary and Sergeant at Arms. This committee shall also oversee the Executive and Legislative Branch of the NJ de facto Government.   Projects that come before the Assembly for funding or sponsorship shall be reviewed initially and at the end by this committee taking into consideration the reports from the other committees.  The Council is responsible for the smooth functioning of the Assembly and the overall success of all sponsored projects. This Council shall also be responsible for but not limited to the following tasks: handling public and private grievances, managing office space and human resources, managing committee assignments, scheduling, moderating public meetings and archiving said meeting records.  It shall be the liaison to other organizations external to the NJ de jure Assembly.

Law & Law Enforcement

The Law Committee is chartered with reviewing the existing laws, overseeing the creating new ones and removing old ones that no longer serve humanity and the planet.  This committee shall ensure that the laws are designed to protect the safety, health and wealth of the people, the planet with Natural Law as its foundation. The Law Committee shall have oversight of the Judicial and Legislative Branches of the New Jersey de facto Government and shall handle internal and external grievances brought before the Assembly.  The Law Committee shall operate within the guidelines and directives of Natural Law.

The Law Enforcement Committee is responsible for overseeing law enforcement and designing programs that promote best practices in law enforcement within the State of New Jersey.   All Law Enforcement  Programs should have Natural Law as its underlying framework that considers the uniqueness of each situation and foster practices that are appropriately align to the spirit of the law over the letter of the law. Peace Officers or any bodies of law enforcement are responsible for the safety of the people and communities that they are charged to protect. They are directed by the Council, Law Committee, and Natural Law.

Wellness Center

The Health & Wellness Committee is responsible for promoting and overseeing health and wellness in NJ.  Every community should have one or more wellness centers. The ultimate goal of this committee is to make resources, that provide wellness in mind, body and spirit, readily available to every person in the State.  The Health and Wellness Committee is chartered with the planning, developing and management of wellness centers capable of handling any type of health issues.  These centers shall have carefully designed programs aimed at fulfilling the unique needs of the individual.

Beautiful Nature Scene

The Environment Committee is responsible for protecting and preserving nature, natural habitats and wild life in the State of New Jersey.  This Committee shall collaborate with local and global communities to ensure full restoration, preservation, monitoring of the health of the planet including all natural life on it.  This Committee shall enforce the policies and procedures that are inline with the restoration of Planet Earth.

The Treasury Committee is responsible for managing and maintaining the financial health of the Assembly.  They are instrumental in approving funding and financing for projects across all committees.  To reduce corruption, this committee shall conduct independent audits of funds to projects.  The Treasury Committee shall themselves be subjected to external audits.

Project Management

The Project Management Committee is responsible for implementing and overseeing standards and procedures for planning and managing projects across all of the Committees.  These standards shall leverage the highest level of technology and shall be designed to evolve and adapt as new technologies and techniques in the areas of project management become available.  The Project Management Committee shall provide guidance and oversight on all projects funded through the New Jersey de jure Assembly.

Family Services

The Family Services Committee is responsible for devising and overseeing programs that serves the needs of the families of New Jersey.  Like the individual, each family is unique and so all programs must be firm enough to serve the general public yet contain the flexibility to cater to the uniqueness of each family.  This committee shall provide comprehensive family services by liaising with the appropriate committees within the NJ de jure Assembly including but not limited to Health & Wellness, Education and Needs Assessment.

Education Development

The Education Development Committee is responsible for developing, promoting and overseeing education programs that cater to the needs of both children and adults.  The Education Development Committee shall cover all areas of education including but not limited to the true history of humanity, spirituality, science & technology, personal empowerment and the planet.  The underlying principles of every education program must be proven with a variety of styles and techniques that cater to the unique differences in how we learn.

Security

The Security Committee is responsible for overseeing all systems, policies and procedures related to security.   This committee shall form strategic partnerships with external groups to secure New Jersey's Information, public water, food supplies and air quality.  The committee shall work with The Law & Law Enforcement Committee to ensure that that security policies and laws are properly enforced.

The Communications Committee is responsible for providing and overseeing the Assembly's social media presence, create accurate news content, press releases, fact check and dispute main-stream media propaganda, and establish news distribution channels (YouTube, Radio, Email, Text) for timely and accurate information dissemination to the Public or any other organization or conference where Assembly Communication is needed.

The Public Works & Infrastructure Committee is responsible for overseeing Infrastructure and Public Works Projects in all areas including but not limited to needs analysis, budget management, contractor selection, environmental protection, project management and timely completion of each project.

The Restoration Team has full managerial oversight of the Restoration Plan.  The Restoration Plan for the State of New Jersey includes but is not limited to returning Sovereignty of Spirit, Human Dignity, Fairness & Fair Play, Prosperity & Passion, to the Human Experience.  The Restoration Plan is executed through restoration projects that include energy, water, food, air, infrastructure, shelter, education solutions and more based on community needs.  Restoration Teams are formed and assigned and given the responsibility and power to fully execute Council approved restoration projects.

Technology

The Technology Sub Committee is responsible for providing and overseeing the technical framework, policies and procedures that underpins the services offered by NJ de jure Assembly. It operates under the directives of the Council with a Chief Technology Officer that is appointed by the Council. This sub-committee shall stay apprised of the latest advancements in all technologies with the goal of leveraging them to more efficiently serve the people of New Jersey through their respective community assemblies.  The policies and procedures for integrating technology into the main stream operation of the committees should be vetted with the respective committee chairs, the NJ de jure Assembly members and where applicable must adhere to the restoration of humanity and Planet Earth.

Need Assessment

The Needs Assessment & Sub Council is responsible for assessing all projects in terms of the needs of the people and the communities being served.  The Sub Council made up of the chair from each committee. This is done to ensure not only that those needs are comprehensively accessed, but that the original causes are also identified and remediated.  This sub-council shall oversee the creation of programs, policies and community partnerships to accurately discern the current or future issues and assess what is needed to best solve those issues.  This committee shall liaise with the appropriate committees within the NJ de jure Assembly to plan, design, implement, manage and fund needed projects.   Additionally, this Committee shall monitor progress and serve as a feedback loop between the community that originated the need and the project that was created to fulfill that need.
